Irish Paperwork stores the details, documents and messages you add to your case so you can return to your preparation. Your sign-in identifies your workspace.

Who can access your case

Access is limited to your signed-in account and authorized service reviewers. Files are stored privately. Document downloads are checked against your identity.

Document reading and the assistant

When you choose to read a document, its contents are sent to OpenAI for processing. Assistant questions include relevant saved case details and document readings. We request that API responses are not stored; the provider's applicable retention policies still apply. You can upload and organize files without requesting document reading.

Your controls

You can download your preparation record, remove individual uploads or delete the family details, documents and conversation from Settings in your workspace. Deletion does not automatically refund a payment. Minimal account and payment records remain for administration and accounting.

Support

Use the support form in your workspace for access, correction or deletion requests. Upload identity documents through the document workspace rather than including them in support messages.

Free route checks and saved family details are available. Paid document preparation is not yet open.
